Pallet Delivery Information

This is a pricing table for pallet distribution services. It outlines rates for Priority/Next Day and Standard/Economy deliveries based on zones (defined by UK postcodes), pallet size, and weight. The document also includes typical details on surcharges, pallet dimensions, and general terms & conditions.

Services: for orders received in good time to prepare and have ready.

Priority/Next Day: Delivery within 1-3 days to most UK mainland zones.

Standard/Economy: Delivery within 1-3 days for closer zones, extending to 3-6 days for more distant locations.

Pricing:

Varies based on zone (geographic location), delivery speed, pallet size (Micro, Quarter, Half, Light, Full), and weight.

Starts at £21.50 for the smallest size and closest zone, increasing for larger sizes, weights, and more distant zones.

Zones:

Divided into 43 zones, primarily based on UK postcodes, with additional zones for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

Pallet Sizes:

Five sizes: Micro, Quarter, Half, Light, Full. Each with specific dimension limits.

Weight Limit: 1800kg maximum per pallet (surcharge over 1,500kg)

Surcharges: Apply for timed deliveries, pre-10 am/12 pm deliveries, Saturday deliveries, tail-lifts, and oversised pallets.

Additional Charges: Pallet exchange and pallet wrap are available for an extra fee.

Brexit: Additional import/export charges apply to shipments to and from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

General Information:

Normal delivery window: 09:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Rates are subject to fuel surcharge and VAT.

Transport is undertaken in accordance with the RHA Conditions of Carriage (2009) from our chosen carrier of palletised items.
