Zinc Shaft Anodes for Marine Propeller Shafts
Zinc shaft anodes are a critical component in protecting a vessel’s underwater metal components from galvanic corrosion. Installed directly onto the propeller shaft, these sacrificial anodes slowly corrode in place of more valuable metal parts such as the propeller, shaft, stern gear, and other underwater fittings.
Each anode is manufactured from high-grade marine zinc and designed to clamp securely around the propeller shaft using stainless steel bolts. The two-piece design allows installation without removing the shaft, making routine maintenance straightforward during lift-outs or servicing.
